As you know we love a bit of pulled pork and we’re partial to a pizza or two. So, put them together and you have one truly amazing meal! We made our Sticky BBQ Pulled Pork as usual by slowly cooking it for a number of hours. We unravelled some ready made pizza dough (so much easier!) and topped with a thin spread of tomato puree and spring onions before genourously topping with pork, followed by a mix of grated cheddar and mozzarella. Pop in the oven for 10-15 minutes and voila – a delicious wheel of yumminess!
