This is such a simple, low calorie, yet filling breakfast I simply had to share! In fact, it’s so easy I probably don’t need to share a recipe but I think it’s so tasty I just had to blog it!
You will need;
Whilst you toast your bread put 4 cherry tomatoes (make sure you use cherry variety as they’re sweeter than larger ones) in a ramekin and blast in the microwave for 45 seconds. Stir in a little salt and some balsamic vinegar or glaze then pour on to the toast.
If you have any in the spice rack top with a little oregano and you’re done. A quick, warm, tasty breakfast with fairly low cal. Thank us later…
